Return item

A product return must be carried out independently by the customer. Items should be returned directly to our warehouse at 29 Moshe Sharett Street, Rishon LeZion, or via a paid courier service. A customer who placed an order is entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellation after receiving the order: Once the order has been delivered to the customer, they may cancel the order, in whole or in part, within 14 days from the date of delivery, by sending written notice via email to: service@velo3030.co.il, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging with all labels/tags still attached, intact and without any damage, defect, or impairment of any kind.
The customer may return the item independently to the warehouse (Location: 29 Moshe Sharett St., Rishon LeZion – inside the New Balance warehouse).

Once the returned item is received at the company’s warehouse, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the order within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a transaction cancellation, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of shipping fees, if such were paid.


Item replacement

A customer wishing to exchange items received in an order for reasons not related to a defect—such as choosing an incorrect size—must contact the company’s customer service by sending written notice via email: service@velo3030.co.il.
Exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date the order was received by the customer, provided the items have not been used, are in their original packaging, and the label/tag is still attached, intact and without any damage, defect, or impairment of any kind.

Exchanges will be carried out at the company’s warehouse at no cost (Location: 29 Moshe Sharett St., Rishon LeZion – inside the New Balance warehouse).
Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability. It is possible to exchange for a different item.

Notices for Stanley Customers - recall

We would like to inform you that STANLEY Global has issued a recall for specific models of mugs due to hot water leakage  (thermoses). Although these products are no longer listed for sale on our website, some may still be in use. If you purchased a STANLEY mug from us, it’s possible that your product is included in the recall. please contact our customer service by mail: service@velo3030.co.il with your order details, and we will gladly assist you according to the company’s official policy.Thank you for your trust and cooperation
